Future Visions

Mike Wright

“The idea behind redevelopment is innovation, taking an existing property and turning it into something new, something energetic and revitalizing. To embrace redevelopment is to look forward, not back.

Whether serving as general contractors or in a construction management capacity, Cornerstone Resources proudly serves its clients with a forward-thinking approach to problem solving that delivers an innovative, quality commercial development product on time and on budget. Though new to our home in North Little Rock, Cornerstone Resources’ partners have a combined 50 years’ experience in providing commercial development solutions that we are ready to apply to any project, both here in Arkansas and across the South.

Likewise, Earth Retaining Solutions, managed by the same partners, has proven its commitment to innovation by offering a new retaining wall system applicable to commercial and residential projects that offers both refined aesthetic quality and cost-saving, practical functionality. Three years in development, the blocks at the heart of our retaining wall system are fully engineered both structurally and geo-technically and are the only blocks on the market to offer a self-draining system, eliminating the need for costly drainage tile.

We believe such efficiencies in technology and economy are crucial to creating successful, progressive solutions to our satisfied clients. We are proud to embrace a vision of future potential, one that offers innovative ideas to our customers and attractive, environmentally-conscious promises for the future.”

Leadership, Advocacy and Opportunity

“The Downtown Little Rock Partnership is proud to contribute to the growing revitalization of Little Rock’s downtown district. The Partnership is a non-profit, membership-based organization solely dedicated to developing and promoting downtown Little Rock as a high-energy urban environment to live and work, as well as a vibrant national and international tourist destination.

Our vision is to provide leadership, advocacy and opportunity to all who benefit from a thriving downtown area. That vision plays out in the Downtown Little Rock Partnership’s role as the one-stop shop for all downtown-related information and its work to facilitate downtown projects by bringing together investors, downtown entities and resources. We are also committed to helping our members reach new clients and create business-to-business and consumer-to-business partnerships.

The Downtown Little Rock Partnership manages the Metrocentre Improvement District on behalf of property owners and provides environmental maintenance for a 45-block area.  Additionally, we work closely with the Little Rock Police Department to help provide focused, 24-hour security throughout downtown.

Downtown Little Rock has re-established itself as the heart of the city, and the Downtown Little Rock Partnership has seized that momentum to accelerate the pace of growth. Our success is defined by downtown Little Rock’s success, and it is working actively to make the area a more attractive place to live, work and visit.”
