One of the main reasons was how passionate the business and city leaders are about the revitalization of the downtown. With the successful transformation of the River Market, the momentum has steam to move south into the financial district.

Little Rock has all three with more to come. Downtown living in Little Rock is much more affordable than other cities, making it attractive to a larger population.
